Fredrick W. Baker III, Ph.D., is the Assistant Director of the Academic Success Center at The University of Tampa, where he teaches and leads the implementation of the campus-wide student success analytics platform. He has been teaching in multiple modalities in higher education since 2008, and has been involved in Instructional Design since 2010. Fred is interested in reframing systems to be more human-centered, and his research and consulting interests focus on enabling performance improvement in organizations through human-centered design.
